Shipping

Fox Marine, LLC currently ships all merchandise FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All orders with in-stock items placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday – Friday are shipped within 48 hrs. Typically, these orders are shipped within the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday and orders place on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. If expedited shipping is required, please call or email first to ensure your expectations can be met.

Warranty / Returns

Fox Marine, LLC, provides a 2 year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects and component faults. To return, send merchandise with a copy of the original invoice. We will then exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount by the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in a non-re-sellable condition, or with missing parts will be charged a 20% restocking fee upon inspection at Fox Marine, LLC's discretion.
